2. ผู้ที่ต้องการสมัครสมาชิก กรุณากรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัวให้ถูกต้องตามความเป็นจริง เพื่อสิทธิประโยชน์ และความสะดวกของสมาชิก ในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในเว็บไซต์ หรือรับสิทธิพิเศษต่าง ๆ จากทางบริษัท แปลน ฟอร์ คิดส์ จำกัด

3. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเป็นสมาชิก หรือหยุดให้บริการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า หากพบว่าสมาชิกมีเจตนา
- เขียนข้อความหรือโพสต์รูปภาพ อันนำไปสู่การเสื่อมเสียของสถาบันชาติ ศาสนา พระมหากษัตริย์
- เขียนข้อความหรือโพสต์รูปภาพไม่เหมาะสม หยาบคาย ส่อไปในทางลามกอนาจาร
- เขียนข้อความโฆษณาสินค้าหรือบริการ หรือนำข้อมูลของผู้อื่นมาแอบอ้าง (หากมีกรณีฟ้องร้องเกิดขึ้น ทางบริษัท แปลน ฟอร์ คิดส์ จำกัด จะไม่รับผิดชอบไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ ทั้งสิ้น)

3. The Company reserves the right to terminate member’s privilege prior to notification, if members are found:
- commenting or posting images that can be offensive to the institutes of Nation, Religions, and Kingship
- commenting or posting images that contain inappropriate, insolent, or impolite content
- posting commercial advertisements
- violating the privacy policy, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party (The Company will not be responsible for all cases of liability.)
